1. Introduction

AIRVIA Medical takes the protection of your personal data seriously. We are committed to only collecting the data we need to provide you with optimal service, and to ensure their confidentiality and security (including when we use service providers), as well as to facilitate the exercise of your rights over your data.

3. What personal data is collected?

In order to be able to use the app and pair your air purifier with your smartphone, the name of your device and its Bluetooth address can be saved in the app on your smartphone. In order to provide the best possible functionality, certain items, such as pollution index, temperature, and humidity will also be recorded and displayed in the mobile application. In order to improve the functionalities and the user experience of the application, AIRVIA Medical may be required to collect overall statistics of use on the application, such as the number of users and geographic position. Apart from the above items, AIRVIA Medical will not have access to your personal data or other data stored on your device.

Non-liability clause

Notifications of app updates should be enabled and it is recommended to install all updates to keep the app running properly. The Bluetooth function must also be enabled.

The application should only be used with compatible devices for which it is intended. AIRVIA Medical declines all responsibility in the event of use of the application with other devices.

AIRVIA Medical is authorised to stop publishing or maintaining this application or product at any time.

Any liability arising directly or indirectly from the use of this application, of the documentation or of any other service provided by AIRVIA Medical, is rejected to the extent permitted by law. The information present is provided “as is” and without any express or implied warranty. Direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from any use of this application or the data contained therein are rejected and excluded.
